The Slate is a floorstanding Indoor Kiosk with an LCD display (landscape orientation for 19" LCD, choice of landscape or portrait available for other sizes), fully seam-welded 16 gauge steel body, tumbler locks and keys for front and rear doors, 5 watt 8 ohm front-facing speakers, integrated stereo audio amplifier, patented 6-outlet 110-240V internal power strip, rear-facing cooling fan, shipping crate, user documentation packet, driver set, 2 year warranty and technical support on all products purchased from and integrated by Slatetronix.
PC is Not Included. Bracketing is designed for certain small form-factor PCs. Contact Slatetronix for details if you want to use your PC.
If you have an issue with a Slatetronix product, your first step is to call or email us with a description of the issue. Prior to our issuing any RMA authorizations, we require that the problem be addressed by remote diagnosis via phone or email.

Slatetronix hereby warrants that each component manufactured or supplied directly by us will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the date of shipment (“the warranty period"), except PCs which have a three (3) year warranty period. During the warranty period, Customer shall return defective parts to Slatetronix at Customer's expense following any remote diagnostics required by Slatetronix. Slatetronix shall repair or replace any defective component within thirty (30) days of receipt, at our expense, including all return shipping expenses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this warranty shall include, without limitation, all metal and plastic parts, fabrications, and formations whether or not a warranty is provided by the manufacturer, subcontractor, or supplier thereof. We do not warrant any component supplied, installed, or otherwise added to unit by customer or its suppliers. Our warranty may be voided by misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by Customer or Customer's service organizations, removal or alteration of part identification, or failure caused by a product for which Slatetronix is not responsible. We will accept no returned products unless they are marked with a valid RMA number.
